Halo and Winchester
Halo and Winchester (and their brother Fitch) were born to momma Snow in June 2010. They were brought to Gypsy Cats from a kind lady in Michigan who didn't have the space to care for them properly. They are HIV-negative, had no fleas or earmites, but they were treated for worms. All have now been adopted into two families.
Little Halo did need assistance with a broken growth plate in his leg, but this has mended and Halo is about the business of being a very active and loving kitten in his new home with brother Winchester.
Little Halo has not been doing well. He continues to have bouts of constipation and tummy troubles. He spent the day at U of I Urbana and was diagnosed with a severe calcium deficiency and also low cortisol levels. Testing and treatment are very expensive, and donations are taken for his continued care. His human mommy Stephanie and Halo would be very grateful.
Winchester is doing very well in his new home. He wishes his brother to get well so they can play together. Right now they have to be supervised so Halo doesn't get hurt. Winchester loves to watch the computer mouse and sit in momma Stephanie's lap as much as he can.
